IMPORTANT MEMO:
Clarification: Per California State License Board requirements this project requires both an A contractors license for performing work associated with the public park and a B contractors license for performing work associated with the public buildings.
There will be an additional site walk to be held on Monday, April 20 at 10am.
We are extending the Request for Informa,on period to Thursday, April 23 by close of business day.
The bids due date will not change and remains Thursday April 30th at 1pm.
If you did not attend the pre bid site walk on April 6 and you are a new general contractor this is a mandatory site walk and attendance will be required and recorded.
